HR SSC Country Leader (Serbian Speaker)
Place of work: Krakow
The HR SSC Country Leader, will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end resolution of all cases related to the assigned country(ies) from receiving the request to providing the final answer to the customer and receiving feedback using effectively assigned recourses, system tools and other solutions available in SSC (Shared service centre).
Specifically, the job holder will:
• Be fully accountable for quality of the documentation (contracts, letters etc.) produced by the SSC for the assigned country(ies) and perform quality controls and audits.
• Monitor, analyze and seek for resolution of any pending/complex requests for the assigned country(ies).
• Build and maintain sound and productive business relations with the designated internal (SSC) and external (assigned country(ies)) Key Customers.
• Constantly improve SSC performances for the country(ies) as per customer satisfaction and country's KPIs definitions.
• Follow-up on creation & maintenance of affiliate local content with close cooperation with the HR team based in assigned country(ies) if necessary.
• Ensure meeting of agreed internal SSC process and timelines.
• Apply key organization development processes such as: recruitment, functional skills and competencies assessment, succession planning and performance management.
• Ensure effective teamwork via regular guidance, coaching and professional training of team members.
• Set and agree with subordinates ongoing performance targets.
• Support Manger Country Cluster in resource allocation and optimization, provide input to resource planning.
• Support implementation of HR global processes and global projects implementation when needed.
• Stay abreast with all PMI Policies and Procedures and ensure full compliance to them by the team.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of working experience in multinational HR environment is an asset
• Experience in managing people or process.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Serbian.
• Experience in working within a Shared Services environment is a plus.
• University degree.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Customer Service Orientation
