Helpdesk Agent with fluent Slovak
We expect a mix of technical and customer service skills, and to be passionate about technology and helping people.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls, e-mails and provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, network and other tech tools, products and services
• Cooperate with other technical support teams and field service engineers to solve more advanced users problems and inquiries
• Document problems to create knowledge base logs that can be referenced by other technicians and for training purposes
Qualification / Profile
• Fluent Slovak (min. C1 level)
• High standards in both written and spoken English (min. B2 level - work proficiency)
• Knowledge of computer systems and related hardware
• Proficiency in the operation and use of personal computers, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet browsers, e-mail systems, etc.
• High school/college/university diploma from a technical area or equivalent experience – nice to have
• 0-2 years’ experience in a similar position will be an asset
• Willingness to participate in shift work system
• Willingness to travel
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Attention to details
• Must be a problem solver
• Positive, can do attitude and ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to cope with stress and workload
